Accommodation facilities and discounts

The organising committee has obtained from the Hotel Astoria and Hotel Traian administration special prices for the participants to our scientific events:

• Three stars, (Astoria Hotel),single room, 43€/night, without VAT and local taxes, Swedish breakfast included

• Three stars, (Astoria Hotel), double room, 56€/night, without VAT and local taxes, Swedish breakfast included

• Four stars, (Traian Hotel), single room, 61€/night,with VAT and local taxes included,  Swedish breakfast included

• Four stars, (Traian Hotel), double room, 71€/night, with VAT  and local taxes included, Swedish breakfast included

To pay cash or by CC at the reception desk it is accepted.

In order to beneficiate for these discounts and facilities, it is necessary to direct the booking order to Prof. Alexandru Salceanu, asalcean@ee.tuiasi.ro or imeko2007@ee.tuiasi.ro., specifying the check-in and check-out day.

For your reservation to become firm, it is compulsory to have the participation fee previously paid.

Payment details: paying directly on reception desk (cash or any type of CC) is possible only in Romanian lei. (for CC the conversion is automatically performed). The approximated rate is 1EUR=3.2 Romanian lei. Please, note that there is a very little difference between the price calculation and policy of the two hotels:

• the prices offered to us by Astoria hotel are in lei and are not influenced by the EUR/lei rate: 166 lei per night for single and 211 lei/night for double room (these prices with all the taxes included)

• the prices offered to us by Traian hotel are in EUR and are influenced by the EUR/lei rate, and are calculated in the payment day: 61 EUR per night for single and 71 EUR /night for double room (these prices with all the taxes included). But, do not worry, the differences between the daily rates are really insignificant (inflation for one year is lower then 5%).
