Oral presentation

The lecture rooms will be equipped with a computer projection system.

The computer-based presentation must be prepared as MS Office Power Point files and can be done using the existing computer. You may bring your presentation file on a CD ROM or on a flash memory stick.

The time allocated for each oral presentation is 10 minutes, followed by 2 or 3 minutes of discussion.

Poster presentation

The maximum provided space on a poster board is an A0 format (85 x 120 cm).

Please prepare your poster so that be readable from a distance of at least 2 m.
